Car was purchased in
1997 as a basket case. It sat for 3 months while I contemplated
dropping the whole idea. I finally pulled off the body and
went ahead. Originally I was going to do a simple stock
restoration but found that there were so many missing parts
that it would not be practical. So the Street Rod theme
took over. Five years later the car was drivable. It has
been in several car shows and has received it’s share of
awards including “Class winner” and “Outstanding Interior”
in “Street Machine” division at the 2003 Seattle Roadster
Show. Now that this car seems to be “finished” I want to
move on to another.
